Sliced Pork
 
Sliced White Onion
 
Sliced Carrots
 
Thai Chili
 
Garlic
 
Sweet Black Sauce
 
Black Pepper
 
Vegetable Cooking Oil
 
Marinated Sauce for Pork
 
Premium Oyster Sauce Lee Kum Kee
 
Seasoning Sauce-MAGGI
 
Black Pepper

Directions

Mix all the ingredients of the marinade sauce and marinate pork at least 5 minutes.
Crush Thai Chili and Garlic lightly in Mortar and Pestle.
Heat oil in a wok and add chili and garlic. Saute it.
Add pork, black soy sauce, carrots and onions. Stir it.
Cook until pork and vegetables are cooked.
