1 chicken breast with skin
 
Chopped garlic
 
Fresh thyme, chopped
 
Hot pepper, chopped
 
1 cup blackberry
 
1 cup raspberry
 
Fresh parsley

Directions

Take chopped garlic, thyme and red hot pepper. Mix them together.
Separate the skin from the chicken, do not remove. Stuff the garlic mixture into the chicken.
In a bowl take the raspberry and the blackberry. Mash them.
Add some sugar and balsamic vinegar to the berries.
Add some chopped fresh parsley.
