Spicy Chicken Strombou Recipe
Ingredients
| Frozen broccoli florets | 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed | |
| Chicken | 1 Can (10oz), diced | |
| Shredded monterey jack cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chunky salsa | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Green onions | 2 , chopped | |
| Pizza dough | 1 Can (10oz), refrigerated |
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 °F.
Coarsely chop broccoli.
Combine broccoli, chicken, cheese, salsa and onions in small bowl.
Unroll pizza dough.
Pat into 15X10-inch rectangle.
Sprinkle broccoli mixture evenly over top.
Starting with long side, tightly roll into log jelly-roll style.
Pinch seam to seal.
Place on baking sheet, seam side down.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Transfer to wire rack to cool slightly.
