Ingredients
| 6 chicken breasts, boned, skinned | ||
| Vegetable oil | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Paprika | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Chili powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 1 medium-size onion, chopped | ||
| Curry powder | 2 Teaspoon (Curry Sauce:) | |
| All purpose flour | 1 Tablespoon (Curry Sauce:) | |
| Milk | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) (Curry Sauce:) | |
| Mango chutney | 2 Tablespoon (Curry Sauce:) | |
Directions
Cut chicken in 3/4-inch pieces.
Mix oil, paprika and chili powder together; stir in chicken.
To make Curry Sauce, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in small saucepan, add onion and cook until soft.
Stir in curry powder and cook 2 minutes: blend in flour.
Gradually stir in milk allowing mixture to slowly come to a boil.
Continue cooking until sauce thickens.
Simmer 5 minutes then add chutney and salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
