Spicy Chex Mix Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/2 box Rice Chex | ||
| Corn Chex | 1/2 box | |
| Wheat Chex | 1/2 box | |
| Cheerios | 1/2 box | |
| Pretzels | 1/2 Bag (1kg) | |
| Nuts | 1/2 Can (10oz), mixed | |
| Butter | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted (Spicy Seasoning Mix:) | |
| Cayenne pepper | 1 Teaspoon (Spicy Seasoning Mix:) | |
| Garlic salt | 1 Tablespoon (Spicy Seasoning Mix:) | |
| 1 teaspoon onion salt | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Place all cereals into large baking pan; mix together.
Prepare seasoning mix.
Melt butter in small saucepan; add cayenne pepper, garlic salt and onion salt; mix well.
Stir while pouring seasoning mixture over cereal.
Toss mixture until well coated.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Toss halfway through baking.
Add pretzels and nuts.
Cool completely before packaging.
