Spicy Cheese And Capicola Appetizers Recipe
This spicy cheese and cappicola appetizers is prepared with ham cappicola. A quick fix appetizer recipe, the thinly sliced ham is spread with a mix of neufchatel cheese flavored with horseradish and mustard and wrapped around a breadstick to serve.
Ingredients
4 ounces thinly sliced ham cappicola
3 ounces Neufchatel or reduced fat cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish, undrained
12 bread sticks, each 6 inches long
Directions
Combine Neufchatel cheese, mustard and horseradish.
Spread equal amount of cheese mixture evenly on each cappicola slice; wrap each slice around 1 bread stick.
