Spicy Cheese And Capicola Appetizers Recipe
This spicy cheese and cappicola appetizers is prepared with ham cappicola. A quick fix appetizer recipe, the thinly sliced ham is spread with a mix of neufchatel cheese flavored with horseradish and mustard and wrapped around a breadstick to serve.
Ingredients
| 4 ounces thinly sliced ham cappicola | ||
| 3 ounces Neufchatel or reduced fat cream cheese, softened | ||
| 2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard | ||
| Prepared horseradish | 1/2 Teaspoon, undrained | |
| 12 bread sticks, each 6 inches long | ||
Directions
Combine Neufchatel cheese, mustard and horseradish.
Spread equal amount of cheese mixture evenly on each cappicola slice; wrap each slice around 1 bread stick.
