Ingredients

 1 10-ounce package extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
 Beer1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Mayonnaise1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Caraway seeds1 Teaspoon
 Worcestershire1 Teaspoon
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Ground red pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Unsalted crackers
 Cucumber slices; carrot and celery sticks; radishes

Directions

1. In blender at medium speed or in food processor with knife blade attached, blend first 7 ingredients until smooth. If not serving right away, cover and refrigerate.
2. To serve, bring spread to room temperature to soften slightly. Serve with crackers and vegetables.
