Spicy Cheddar Beer Dip Recipe
Ingredients
| 1 10-ounce package extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded | ||
| Beer | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Mayonnaise | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Caraway seeds | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Worcestershire | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground red pepper | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Unsalted crackers | ||
| Cucumber slices; carrot and celery sticks; radishes | ||
Directions
1. In blender at medium speed or in food processor with knife blade attached, blend first 7 ingredients until smooth. If not serving right away, cover and refrigerate.
2. To serve, bring spread to room temperature to soften slightly. Serve with crackers and vegetables.
