Ingredients

 Cauliflower florets1 Pound, frozen
 Browned breadcrumbs
 Deep oil for frying
 Vinegar sauce
 Oil6 Tablespoon
 Vinegar6 Tablespoon
 Paprika pepper1/2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
 Garlic2 Clove (5gm), crushed
 Chopped parsley ro garnish
 1 large egg salt and pepper

Directions

MAKING
1) Whisk egg with seasoning.
2) Dip cauliflower florets into egg. Dredge in breadcrumbs and coat.
3) In a skillet heat oil to 375°F and deep fry florets for 5-7 min till light brown.
4) Place on an absorbent paper and keep warm.
5) In a small pan keep the sauce ingredients ready.
6) Boil the content and pour on crisp florets.

SERVING
7) Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
