Ingredients
| Cauliflower florets | 1 Pound, frozen | |
| Browned breadcrumbs | ||

| Vinegar sauce | ||

| Paprika pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon (Leveled) | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), crushed | |
| Chopped parsley ro garnish | ||
| 1 large egg salt and pepper | ||

Directions
MAKING
1) Whisk egg with seasoning.
2) Dip cauliflower florets into egg. Dredge in breadcrumbs and coat.
3) In a skillet heat oil to 375°F and deep fry florets for 5-7 min till light brown.
4) Place on an absorbent paper and keep warm.
5) In a small pan keep the sauce ingredients ready.
6) Boil the content and pour on crisp florets.
SERVING
7) Sprinkle chopped parsley on top.
