 Large green cabbage- 1
 Ground beef1 pound
 Onion3 Tablespoon, chopped
 Green pepper3 Tablespoon, chopped
 Celery3 Tablespoon, chopped
 Worcestershire sauce1 Tablespoon
 Rice3/4 Cup (16 tbs), cooked
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Pepper- a good dash
 Tomato paste- 1 (6-ounce) can
 Water1/3 Cup (16 tbs)
 Tomatoes with green chilies- 1 (10-ounce) can, undrained
 Salt1/4 Teaspoon
 Seasoned salt1/4 Teaspoon

Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees F
2. Take the cabbage and remove 10 outer leaves, reserve the remaining cabbage

MAKING
2. In a pot, cook leaves along with boiling salt water for 5-8 minutes, drain and set aside
3. Combine the next 8 ingredients
4. Now place the cabbage leaf and inside it place equal portions of meat mixture in the center
5. In a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking dish, fold the cabbage leaves at both the ends, making it a roll, and place seam side down
6. Combine remaining ingredients
7. Finally take the cabbage rolls, cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour

SERVING
8. Serve with a sauce of your choice
