Spicy Butterscotch Pudding Recipe
Ingredients

| 2/3 cup instant nonfat dry milk | ||
| Pumpkin pie spice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Beer | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Whipped cream or thawed frozen whipped dessert topping | ||
Directions
MAKING
1) In a heavy saucepan, blend together pudding mix, dry milk, and spice.
2) Mix beer and water with the mixture stirring till done.
3) Cook over medium heat till the mixture boils.
4) Pour the mixture into 4 pudding dishes.
5) Cover the surface with a plastic wrap.
6) Chill till firm.
SERVING
7) Serve with whipped cream or dessert topping on top.
