Spicy Black Bean And Sausage Soup Recipe

| Black beans | 1 Can (10oz), divided | |
| Water | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), divided | |
| Olive oil | 1 12 Teaspoon | |
| Onion | 1 Cup (16 tbs), diced | |
| Garlic | 2 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Beer | 12 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Chili powder | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cumin | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Hot Sauce | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/8 Teaspoon | |

| 3 ounces turkey kielbasa, diced | ||
Directions
1. Place 1/2 cup beans and 1/4 cup water in a food processor or blender; process until smooth.
2. Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic; saute 4 minutes or until tender. Add bean puree, remaining beans, remaining 1 cup water, beer, chili powder, and next 4 ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in turkey kielbasa; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
