Directions

Put olive oil in a pan and heat up. Saute the onions first and then add the garlic. Put the bamboo shoots and saute. Add the beef and pour oyster sauce. Cook for 5 mins. Pour the dissolved cornstarch when the bamboo shoots are cooked. Finally add the green chili and red pepper. Cover and cook for some more time.
