Spicy Beef Satay Recipe
Ingredients
| Steak | 1 Pound, cut into thin strips | |
| Soy sauce | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Sesame oil | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Curry paste | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Sesame paste | 4 Tablespoon | |
| Dry sherry | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Vegetable oil | 3 Tablespoon |
Directions
1 Combine steak with soy sauce and sesame oil. Marinate 15 minutes.
2 Thread three to four slices on each satay stick. Leave 3/4 inch (2 cm) at the pointed end of stick without meat. A thin strip of foil can be wound around the blunt end of each stick to decorate
3 Combine curry paste, sesame paste and sherry. Spread thinly over beef. Brush with oil and cook under a preheated broiler 1-2 minutes on each side.
