Directions

Melt butter in microproof pie plate, about 1 minute on HIGH.
Add apples and cook on HIGH 3-4 minutes, stirring 2 or 3 times.
Add sugar, spices and juice and cook 1 minute longer to dissolve sugar.
Spoon apple mixture into prepared crepes, arrange in serving dish (microproof) and pour leftover syrup over top.
Heat on HIGH 1-2 minutes.
In microproof 1 cup (250 mL) measure, heat 1/4 cup (50 mL) brandy or liquer on HIGH 25 seconds, pour over warm crepes and ignite if you wish to serve these "flambed".
