Spicy Apple Coffee Cake Recipe

| Egg yolk | 1 | |
| Milk | 2 Teaspoon | |
| 2 apples peeled | ||
| Golden Raisins | 1/4 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup(16 tbs) | |
| Flour | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cloves | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Butter | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Combine flour, salt, brown sugar and baking powder; cut in butter with a pastry blender.
Combine egg yolk and milk; stir into flour mixture until blended.
Press mixture into the bottom and one inch up sides of a nine inch round cake pan.
Cut apples in large slices and arrange on dough in pan.
Sprinkle with raisins, then with cinnamon topping.
Bake at 350 degrees, 45 minutes.
