 1/2 cup non-fat dry milk powder
 Baking powder3 Teaspoon
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Ground allspice1/2 Teaspoon
 Nutmeg1/2 Teaspoon, grated
 Ground cinnamon1 Teaspoon
 2 & 1/2 cups stoneground whole wheat flour
 Honey1 Cup (16 tbs)
 1 cup sunflower or other oil
 Eggs4 standard
 Pure vanilla extract1 Teaspoon
 Grated apple1 Cup (16 tbs), unpeeled
 Carrot1 Cup (16 tbs), grated

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. In a large bowl, combine the dry milk, baking powder, salt, allspice, nutmeg, cinnamon, and flour.
3. Combine the honey, oil, eggs, and vanilla and stir into the dry ingredients. Fold in the apple and carrot. Spoon into oiled muffin tins until they are two-thirds full.
4. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
