Spiced Spinach Recipe
Ingredients
| Spinach | 1 Pound | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), melted | |
| Ground coriander | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Monosodium glutamate | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1/8 Teaspoon, seasoned | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm), minced | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| 1 hard cooked egg,peeled and chopped | ||
Directions
Rinse and drain spinach; put into a heavy saucepan; place over medium heat and cook in moisture remaining on leaves about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally with a fork.
(Spinach should be wilted but not soft.) Drain.
Mix remaining ingredients except the egg.
Turn spinach into a serving dish.
Pour butter mixture over spinach, and toss lightly.
Sprinkle with chopped egg.
