Spiced Salmon Recipe

| Peppercorns | 8 | |
| Whole peppercorns | 1 | |

Directions
1) Take off the skin and bones from the salmon
MAKING
2) In a saucepan, add in the vinegar, cloves, allspice berries, salt and peppercorns
3) Bring the mixture to a boil and pour over the fish
4) Allow to rest for about 2 hours
5) Drain the liquid and then place the fish in the refrigerator to chill
SERVING
6) Serve the fish on a bed of lettuce arranged on a platter as an appetizer
