Spiced Peanuts Recipe
Ingredients
1 egg white
1 1/2 cups salted peanuts
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions
Combine egg white with 1 teaspoon water and beat until frothy.
Add nuts, sugar and cinnamon and stir until nuts are well coated.
Spread in lightly oiled roasting pan and roast at 250° F (120° C.) for one hour.
Stir every 20 minutes.
Let cool in pan, stirring occasionally.
