Spiced Crab Recipe

Ingredients

| Butter | 1 | |
| Flour | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Paprika | 1 | |
| Worcestershire sauce | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Pepper | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Milk | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cooked crab | 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs) | |
| Mushrooms | 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped | |
| Parsley | 1 Tablespoon, chopped | |
| Onion | 1 Teaspoon, minced | |
| Corn flakes | 2 Cup (32 tbs), crushed | |
| Egg yolk | 1 , beaten | |
| Dry mustard | 1⁄2 Teaspoon | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1⁄4 Teaspoon |
Directions
Melt butter; add flour and seasonings; add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thick.
Add crab meat, mushrooms, parsley and onion; mix well.
Place in buttered shells or ramekins.
Top with a mixture of corn flakes, egg yolk, mustard, lemon juice and salt.
Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in a hot oven (400°F.) about 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
