Spiced Wine Recipe
Ingredients
| 3 quarts claret | ||
| Grated peel of 3 oranges | ||
| Grated peel of 3 lemons | ||
| Cinnamon sticks | 12 | |
| Nutmeg | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| 12 whole cloves, tied in a cheesecloth bag | ||
| Sugar | 6 Tablespoon | |
Directions
In a large kettle, simmer all ingredients for 10 minutes.
