Spiced Whipped Squash Recipe
Ingredients
| 2 10-ounce packages frozen squash | ||
| 1/2 cup light raisins | ||
| Butter | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Brown sugar | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 3/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground nutmeg | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Pecans | 2 Tablespoon, chopped | |
Directions
In saucepan cook squash according to package directions.
Stir in raisins, butter, sugar, salt, nutmeg, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Cook and stir 5 minutes.
Season to taste.
