Spiced Sesame Bars Recipe
Ingredients
| Eggs | 2 , beaten | |
| Honey | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sesame oil | 3 Tablespoon | |
| Whole wheat flour | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1 tbsp soy grits | ||
| Milk powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Baking soda | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Allspice | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Mace | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Sesame seeds | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), toasted | |
Directions
Combine the eggs, honey, and oil.
Stir the dry ingredients together (EXCEPT the sesame seeds), add to the egg mixture, and blend.
Oil an 8" x 8" pan; sprinkle 1/2 of the sesame seeds on the bottom, pour in the batter, and top with the remaining seeds.
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
