Spiced Raspberry Glaze Recipe
Ingredients
| 1/4 cup red raspberry jelly | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Butter/Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Cornstarch | 1 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Dash ground cinnamon | ||
| Vinegar | 1 Tablespoon | |
Directions
In saucepan combine jelly, lemon juice, and butter; heat and stir till jelly melts.
Combine cornstarch, salt, and cinnamon; blend in vinegar.
Stir into jelly mixture; cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Brush over poultry last 15 minutes of roasting.
