Spiced Pumpkin Pie Spread Recipe
Ingredients
| 4 ounces reduced fat cream cheese | ||
| Solid pack pumpkin | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Brown sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), firmly packed | |
| Pumpkin pie spice | 2 Teaspoon | |
| Miniature marshmallows | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/4 cup pecans, coarsely chopped | ||
| 2 red or green apples, cut into wedges | ||
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
Add pumpkin, brown sugar, and pumpkin pie spice; mix well.
Spoon mixture into an oven proof ramekin or small casserole; top with marshmallows and pecans.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until marshmallows are light golden brown.
Cut apples into wedges.
