Ingredients

| Turmeric | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Chilli powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Vinegar | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Coconut milk | 200 Milliliter | |
| Tomato puree | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Prawns | 500 Gram, peeled | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Whole cooked prawns in shells- as needed | ||
| Lemon slices- as needed | ||
Directions
GETTING READY
1. In a bowl, mix all the spices together.
2. Add salt and pepper to taste
3. Stir in the vinegar and mix to a paste.
MAKING
4. In a wok or a deep frying pan, heat oil.
5. Add onion and garlic and stir-fry gently until soft and golden brown.
6. Add the mixed spices.
7. Add the spice paste to the wok and stir-fry for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
8. Pour coconut milk and tomato puree.
9. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes.
10. Add prawns.
11. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until heated thoroughly and coated in the sauce.
SERVING
12. Serve in a warmed serving dish.
13. Garnish with whole prawns and lemon slices.
