Spiced Pineapple Recipe
Ingredients
| Pineapple chunks | 1 Can (10oz) | |
| Vinegar | 3/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Sugar | 1 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Salt | 1 Dash | |
| Whole Cloves | 8 | |
| Cinnamon stick | 1 |
Directions
MAKING
1) Drain the pineapple and store the juice.
2) Take a medium sized saucepan and mix vinegar, sugar, salt, pineapple juice, cinnamon and cloves.
3) Simmer it over low flame, cooking for 10 minutes.
4) Add the pineapple and increase heat until it begins to boil.
5) Refrigerate overnight after placing cover.
SERVING
6) Place slotted spoon in plate and serve.
