Spiced Pecans Recipe
Ingredients
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
3 c. pecan halves
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
Directions
Whisk together egg white and water.
Stir in pecans until all surfaces are moistened.
In separate bowl, mix together sugar, salt, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg.
Sprinkle over pecans, mixing well.
Spread pecans on lightly greased or foil-lined cookie sheet.
Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
Stir once or twice while baking to crisp and dry pecans evenly.
