Ingredients

 6 canned pear halves, with 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons juice, no sugar added
 Red wine vinegar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cinnamon stick1/4
 Garlic1 Clove (5gm)
 Lettuce2 Cup (16 tbs), shredded
 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons imitation mayonnaise

Directions

Combine pear juice with vinegar, cinnamon stick, and clove in a medium saucepan.
Bring to a boil; cook until mixture is reduced to about 1/4 cup.
Place pear halves in a medium bowl.
Pour hot juice over pears and chill for several hours, turning fruit occasionally.
Drain pears; strain and reserve liquid.
Arrange pear halves on shredded lettuce.
Combine liquid with mayonnaise and serve over pears as a salad dressing.
Divide evenly.
