Spiced Peanuts Recipe
Ingredients
| 20 small dried whole red chiles | ||
| Garlic | 4 Clove (5gm), pressed | |
| Olive oil | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salted peanuts | 2 Pound | |
| 1 teaspoon coarse or kosher salt | ||
| Chili powder | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
In a wide frying pan, combine chiles, garlic, and oil.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
Add peanuts.
Stir over medium heat until slightly browned (about 5 minutes).
Sprinkle with salt and chili powder.
Mix well.
Let cool; then store in an airtight container for at least 1 day or for up to 2 weeks.
