Spiced Peaches Recipe
Ingredients
| Vinegar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Peach | 8 , canned | |
| Juice from the peaches - 1 cup | ||
| Sugar | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon stick | 1 | |
| Whole Cloves | 1 Teaspoon | |
Directions
MAKING
1. In a pan boil together the vinegar, the juice from the peaches, the sugar, cinnamon and cloves until reduced by about half and remove the spices.
2. Into the peach halves stick the cloves, pour the syrup over peaches and let it stand overnight in the refrigerator.
FINALIZING
3. Transfer to sterilized jars or airtight containers and optionally refrigerate.
SERVING
4. Use or serve as desired.
