Directions
1) Preheat the oven to 250°F.
MAKING
2) Into a mixing bowl, sift together the dry ingredients.
3) In another bowl, combine the egg white and water and beat slightly, for a while.
4) In the egg white mixture, dip the nutmeats.
5) Roll them in the dry ingredients. Ensure that the nuts do not stick together.
6) On an oiled cookie sheet, place the nutmeats.
7) Bake for about 1 1/2 hours, or until done.
8) Cool the nutmeats on the cookie sheet.
SERVING
9) Store in a tightly covered container and serve as required.
