Spiced Meat Skewers Recipe
Ingredients
| Lamb mince | 900 Gram | |
| Onion- 2 no-€™s, peeled and grated | ||
| Cumin powder | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Coriander powder | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Parsley | 6 Tablespoon, finely chopped | |
| Paprika- as required | ||
| Salt | 1 To taste | |
| Pepper | 1 To taste | |
| Olive oil- as required | ||
| Lemon wedges- as required | ||
| Spring onion greens- finely chopped, as required | ||
| Spring onions- 3 no-€™s, finely chopped | ||
| Natural yoghurt | 1 Carton (1l) (To be mixed into a dip) | |
| Mint leaves | 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped (To be mixed into a dip) | |
Directions
MAKING
1. Pre heat grill.
2. In a medium sized bowl, combine mince, onion, spice powders, 4 tablespoons parsley, salt and pepper.
3. Mix well till well combined.
4. Shape spoonfuls of mixture on to wooden skewers to give kebab shape.
5. Brush each skewer with olive oil and season with paprika.
6. Place on hot grill and grill for 5 minutes. Turn skewers, season with paprika and grill for 5 more minutes or till evenly grilled from all sides.
SERVING
7. Place grilled kebabs on a rectangular platter, garnish with parsley and spring onions and serve with spring onion dip and lemon wedges.
