Ingredients

 Mint1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Coriander1/4 Cup (16 tbs), minced
 Onion2 Tablespoon, minced
 Salt1/2 Teaspoon
 Black pepper1/4 Teaspoon
 Tomato Paste2 Tablespoon
 Orange juice1/4
 Tomatoes- 2 medium, cut 1/2 inch dice

Directions

MAKNG
1) In a medium bowl, put mint, coriander, onion, salt and pepper.
2) With a pestle, pound the mixture lightly , to bruise the herbs.
3) Add in tomato paste and orange juice.
4) Mix in tomatoes.

SERVING
5) Chill before serving.
