Ingredients

 Jicama - 1 cup peeled, diced Oranges - 2, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
 Fresh pineapple chunks - 2 cups (1/2-inch chunks)
 Orange juice1/2 Cup (16 tbs)
 Confectioner’s sugar1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Cinnamon1/4
 Bananas2

Directions

MAKING
1) In a mixing bowl, combine jicama, oranges, pineapple, orange juice, confectioners' sugar and cinnamon.
2) Refrigerate one hour, stirring at times.

SERVING
3) Peel bananas and slice them into the salad and stir lightly to mix before serving.
