Spiced Cranberry-Orange Mould Recipe
Ingredients
| Cranberries | 1 Bag (1kg) | |
| Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 2 packages or 1 package JELL-O Brand Gelatin, Orange or Lemon Flavor | ||
| Boiling water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cold water | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cloves | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 orange, sectioned and diced | ||
| Walnuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| White kale or curly leaf | ||
Directions
PLACE cranberries in food processor; cover.
Process until finely chopped.
Mix with sugar; set aside.
DISSOLVE gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water, lemon juice and spices.
Chill until thickened.
Fold in cranberry mixture, oranges and walnuts.
Spoon into 5-cup mold.
Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
Unmold.
Garnish with orange slices and kale, if desired.
