Spiced Cranberry Orange Mold Recipe
spiced cranberry or orange mold is a fresh and fruity mold made with orange gelatin. Crunchy with added nuts and flavorful with spices like cinnamon and cloves, the spiced cranberry or orange mold has a hint of lemon juice to it. Chilled till firm, the spiced cranberry or orange mold can be garnished and served as desired.
Ingredients

| Boiling water | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cranberry package | 1 | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| 1 cup (Bold water | ||
| Lemon juice | 1 Tablespoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cloves | 1/8 Teaspoon | |
| 1 orange, sectioned, diced | ||
| Nuts | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
Directions
Finely chop cranberries in food processor; mix with sugar.
Set aside.
Stir boiling water into combined gelatin and salt in large bowl 2 minutes or until gelatin is completely dissolved.
Stir in cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves.
Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through gelatin leaves a definite impression).
Stir in cranberries, orange and nuts.
Spoon into 5-cup mold that has been lightly sprayed with no-stick cooking spray.
Refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm.
Unmold.
Garnish as desired.
Store leftover gelatin mold in refrigerator.
