Ingredients

 1 pound cream cheese, room temperature
 4 ounces shredded Gruyere cheese
 Unsalted butter1/4 Cup (16 tbs)
 Dijon Mustard1 Tablespoon
 2 to 3 teaspoons imported sweet
 Hungarian paprika
 12 slices spicy Italian salami, chopped
 Green onions6 , minced
 Ground pepper1 To taste
 3 each red and green bell peppers, stemmed, deveined and seeded
 Fresh spinach or lettuce leaves (garnish)
 Salt To Taste

Directions

Combine cream cheese, Gruyere, butter, mustard and paprika in processor and mix until smooth.
Turn into medium bowl.
Add salami and green onion, mixing until well blended.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stuff peppers with cheese mixture, packing down with back of spoon.
Chill for several hours or overnight.
To serve, arrange spinach or lettuce leaves on platter.
Thinly slice peppers and arrange in fan pattern over leaves, alternating red peppers with green.
