Mix all the Chai Masala spices together and store them in a canister.
In a saucepan, pour 1 cup of water and 2 teaspoons of the chai masala.
Place it on the stove, and let the water mixture cook until it starts boiling.
When the water is boiling, add 2 cups of milk and 3 tablespoons of sugar.
Continue cooking until the milk starts boiling. Turn off the heat.
Add 1 tablespoon of loose black tea leaves to the milk and water mixtures and let it brew for 3 minutes.
If you let it sit too long, the Chai will get too strong.
Strain the tea twice (important!) to get rid of all the spices and tea residues.
Pour into the cups and serve immediately.
