 1 teaspoon reduced-calorie margarine

 Ground ginger1/4 Teaspoon
 Cardamom1/4 Teaspoon
 Cooked brown rice2 1/4 Cup (16 tbs)

Directions

Combine celery, green pepper, onion, garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, margarine, allspice, ginger, and cardamom in a 2-quart casserole.
Cover with heavy-duty plastic wrap, and vent.
Microwave at HIGH 3 to 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring after 2 minutes.
Stir in cooked brown rice; microwave at HIGH 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
