Spiced Broilers Recipe
Ingredients
| Broilers - 2 1-1 /2-pound , quartered | ||
| Salt | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Black pepper | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Powdered ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Garlic | 1 Clove (5gm) | |
| Water | 2 Tablespoon (Special oil - 2 tablespoons) | |
Directions
GETTING READY
1 Wash the chicken throughly and dry them.
2 Remove any visible fat.
3 Prepare a mixture of salt, pepper, ginger and garlic and rub it on the chicken.
MAKING
4 In a baking pan, heat the oil and place the broilers skin side down on it.
5 Bake at about 400 degrees fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
6 Turn the broilers skin side up.
7 Add some water and bake for another 20 minutes or until browned and tender.
SERVING
8 Serve hot.
