| Baking powder | 5 Milliliter | |
| Salt | 2.5 Milliliter | |

Directions
MAKING
1. In a medium heatproof dish, microwave the butter uncovered on HIGH for 30 minutes or till it melts.
2. Add in the chopped bananas, whole egg, and egg yolk and mix well
3. In a separate bowl, tip in the oats, sugar, and mix well
4. Sift all the rest of the ingredients together.
5. Add the banana mixture to the bowl and tip in the rest of the ingredients. Stir quickly till it is mixed well
6. Use the mixture to half fill paper bun cases
7. Place 6 at a time in the microwave oven
8. Microwave on HIGH for 4 - 4 1/2 minutes or till springy to the touch
FINALIZING
9. Leave to stand for atleast 2 minutes before turning out
SERVING
10. Turn the dishes out and serve with Cointreau butter or any variety of fruit liqueur flavored butter
