Spiced Asparagus Vinaigrette Recipe
Ingredients
| White wine vinegar | 2/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Water | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Cinnamon stick | 3 | |
| Whole Cloves | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Celery seed | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Asparagus spears | 2 Pound, cooked, drained |
Directions
In a medium saucepan combine vinegar, water, sugar, cinnamon sticks, cloves and celery seed.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
In a shallow dish arrange asparagus.
Pour hot liquid over asparagus; cover.
Marinate in refrigerator overnight.
Drain.
Serve hot or cold.
