Spiced Apple Toast Recipe

Ingredients
| Margarine | 1 Tablespoon | |
| 2 apples, unpeeled, cored and thinly sliced | ||
| Orange juice | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Brown sugar | 4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Whole wheat bread slice | 4 , toasted | |
| Granulated Sugar | 2 Teaspoon | |
Directions
Preheat oven to 450°F.
Melt margarine in medium nonstick skillet.
Add apples, orange juice, brown sugar and cinnamon; cook over medium-high heat about 4 minutes or until apples are tender, stirring occasionally.
Drain and reserve liquid.
Allow apples to cool a few minutes.
Place toast on lightly buttered baking sheet.
Arrange apples in spiral design on top, overlapping slices.
Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar over each slice.
Bake about 4 minutes or until bread is crisp.
Drizzle reserved liquid over slices.
