Spiced Apple Stir Fry Recipe

Cut stacked apple slices into fourths and set aside.
In small bowl, mix together the sugar, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg and cloves; set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk cider with cornstarch; set aside.
In Stir-Fry Skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
Add apples and grated ginger and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Stir in sugar-spice mixture and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes.
Stir in cider-cornstarch mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil and is slightly thickened.
Serve warm over vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.
