Spice Spritz Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
| All purpose flour | 2 1/4 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Baking soda | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cinnamon | 1 Teaspoon | |
| Ground ginger | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground allspice | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground nutmeg | 1/2 Teaspoon | |
| Ground cloves | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
| Margarine | 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| Granulated Sugar | 1/3 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 3 tsp granulated fructose | ||
| Egg | 1 | |
| 1/4 cup liquid fructose | ||
Directions
Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, cloves, and salt; set aside.
Using an electric mixer, beat margarine until light.
Add granulated sugar replacement and granulated fructose.
Beat until fluffy.
Beat in egg and liquid fructose.
Gradually beat flour mixture into creamed mixture.
Press dough from a cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheets, following press manufacturer's directions.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until cookies are lightly browned.
Move to cooling racks.
