Spencer Style Catfish Mould Recipe
Ingredients
| Catfish fillet | 1/2 pound, flaked | |
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | 1 1/2 Cup (16 tbs) | |
| 1/2 cup commercial sour cream | ||
| Stuffed olives | 1/4 Cup (16 tbs), chopped | |
| Lemon juice | 2 Tablespoon | |
| Salt | To Taste | |
| Pepper | To Taste | |
Directions
Combine all ingredients; chill.
