Ingredients

 
Tomato Juice – 2 ¼ cups
 
Bay Leaf – 1
 
Whole Cloves – 6
 
Onion – 2 slices
 
Celery and Leaves – several pieces
 
Lemon Gelatin Dessert – 1 pack
 
Worcestershire Sauce – 1 teaspoon

Directions

MAKING
1) In a saucepan, add the tomato sauce, bay leaf, cloves, onion and celery and simmer for 10 minutes
2) Strain the liquid over a bowl
3) Add in the gelatin and dissolve
4) Add in the Worcestershire sauce, and pour in a lightly oiled mould and chill to set and firm
5) Add minced celery and green pepper to the aspic when partially congealed

SERVING
6) Serve cold
