Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
2 slices soft white bread, torn into coarse crumbs
2/3 cup milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups hot mashed potatoes
1 cup finely diced American process cheese
Directions
Combine beef, bread, milk, egg, onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt in medium bowl.
Spread evenly in 9-inch pie plate.
Microwave 7 minutes on '8'.
Mask meat with mashed potatoes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Microwave 5 minutes on '8', or until cheese is melted.
Let stand 3 minutes.
For ovens without solid state heat control Microwave 5 minutes, 30 seconds on HIGH, stirring twice.
Add potatoes and cheese.
Microwave 4 minutes on HIGH.
