Speedy Ginger Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
1 14-ounce package gingerbread mix
2/3 cup water
1/2. cup chunk-style peanut butter
1/2 cup seedless raisins
Directions
Blend dry gingerbread mix with water and peanut butter.
Beat vigorously 1/2 minute.
Add raisins.
Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet.
Bake in moderate oven (350°) 10 to 12 minutes or till done
